Helplify and its code, branding, and features are our intellectual property. You may not copy, distribute, or misuse any part of the platform.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Prices and billing terms are provided during signup
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled

You're responsible for any applicable taxes and for keeping your billing info up to date.

No refunds are issued unless required by law.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via your dashboard.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You fail to pay your subscription

Upon termination, your content and data will be deleted unless legally required to retain it.

• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
